Rental Rules

Rental Agreement:

 

By renting on this sim you agree to these rules, and understand that they will be enforced. 

 

First and foremost, remember, this is an RP sim with a specific theme. The rentals are part of the RP environment and should be considered such.

 

  1. Rental prices are not negotiable. 
  2. Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis. If all units are rented a waiting list will be kept. When a unit becomes available it will be offered to those on the waiting list in the order they were added. 
  3. All sim rules ALSO apply within the rental units. This includes avatar appearances, age rules, so forth. If you are wishing to engage in activities that are not within the theme of this sim, please enjoy - off the sim.
  4. There is a 48 hour grace period. There is no late fee, but if you pay late part of that rent applies to the day or days you were late, and will add the remaining days. So if you were 24 hours late, and paid your rent you only have six days remaining as yor paid the day you were behind as well.
  5. No refunds will be issued. If you choose to leave, or you are banned, there will be no refund issued. 
  6. If you decide you wish to switch units to another one your rent will be transferred to the new unit. 
  7. Keep within your prim allowance. You will be warned once if you are over prim and given 24 hours to correct the issue. Then staff will return objects one at a time until you are within prim allowance. We may not always check if it is copy or not before we return. We are NOT responsible for loss of any no-copy objects. It is your responsibility to remain within your prim allowance.
  8. Keep decor within the theme of the sim. 
  9. Be mindful of anything that shouts, makes noise, gives items or otherwise intrudes upon the sim. Such items will be returned to you.
  10. No script heavy items or functions. (No, you may NOT Install a multi-scene rezzer in your RP rental home. That’s why we have a whole sim for you to RP on.)
  11. Please delete any needless scripts upon rezzing the items. (TExture change scripts, resize scripts, sounds, so forth)
  12. Please set your furniture to phantom. (this helps reduce lag)
